We start by protecting your landscape with drop cloths. Next we scrape all loose and flaking paint and sand all scraped areas to enhance the appearance. That will reveal any areas of dry rot so we can complete carpentry repairs. Then we power wash all surfaces to remove dirt and mildew. We caulk all joints, cracks and seams, and fill all recessed nail heads to lock out moisture. We always prime all bare wood areas to seal, protect and help adhesion. We then brush only the finest materials for a long-lasting finish.
Once we remove our equipment and clean our work area, you can enjoy your beautiful new paint job for years to come!
